About 'Ashvat'
We call it Ashvat which means the 'black horse'. It took us little more than 2 months to complete this beauty. This one is based on an old Royal Enfield Lightning 535 which we converted into a low rider. Starting from engine, we have increased the bhp by making few modifications in piston, block and head. We have kept the original filter but added some extra openings for extra air.
Going in the metal art part and fabrication, the overall length of the vehicle has been increased by 4 inches. We have used a 15 inch broad wheel at the back, new set drum along with custom made swing arm and chain arrangement. The rear shock absorber setting has been customized as per the clients requirement.
To make it a lean low riding machine, we have installed a hand crafted lean patrol tank, side panels, round shape air filter and battery cover, new seat pan, new front shock absorbers mountings, custom made handle bars, bar end mirrors, custom made meter mounting box, smaller yet powerful headlamp, led brake lights and blinkers, frame has customized to accommodate low seat height, small rear support has been added for the pillions comfort.
The Ashvat also has a custom paint job done with black as the major color along with grey on sides to emphasis the chamfered petrol tank and panels, along with a golden stripes to give it a rich look. All other parts has been blacked out.
