Audi Ranks Highest In 2015 India Sales Satisfaction Index by J.D. Power
In the recent study on Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) for luxury vehicles sold in India, conducted by J.D. Power, Audi ranked highest with a score of 888 out of 1000 while fellow German rival BMW ranked second with a score of 885.
Audi believes in continuous improvement and innovations. In the current financial year it launched the Audi TT Coupe, Audi RS7, Audi RS6 Avant, Audi A6 Matrix and Audi Q3 facelift. Additionally, few more fascinating models including the facelifted Q7 are still to be launched in upcoming months. At present Audi is assembling the Audi A6, Audi A4, Audi A3, Audi Q3, Audi Q5 and Audi Q7 for the Indian market at its Aurangabad plant. Present in over 110 countries worldwide, Audi has been selling its range of luxury vehcles in the India since 2004.
In March 2007, Audi set up its own sales company for India. By establishing Audi India as a division of Volkswagen Group Sales India Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai, Audi is making a clear long-term statement in the country with ambitious growths plans. Audi’s goal is to become the leading automobile luxury brand in the Indian market in the next few years.
The Audi India strategy encompasses significant investments in branding, marketing, exclusive dealerships and after sales service .
