KB Scrambler - A New Build By Dochaki Designs
Dochaki (Do-Chaki) is a pure Hindustani word which literally means a two-wheeler. At Dochaki designs two-wheeled machines are hand designed & manufactured and given a new look right from the scratch according to the taste of its owner.
Recently, the company has build up a new design, a donor bike which was the underdog of its time the KB100. The company received the bike in a complete raw condition and in a non-running condition. Initially, when the bike was delivered the company was confused whether to give the bike a cafe racer or a scrambler look. But after many discussions with the client the Scrambler look was finalized. After this, the company finalized the sketches and got it approved by the owner.
The complete bike was then disassembled and then welded and constructed again right from the scratch. The bike was provided with new tires and deep grooves to make it look like an off-roader, All the new side panels, seats and different parts were put up and welded 3 to 4 times so as to get the complete finished look of the bike. Once all the parts had been handcrafted, the bike was checked several times for any faults and errors.
The color scheme of this bike has all matt warm gray tone with red pin strips to accentuate the groves and details on the body panels. All other parts have been blacked out to give the whole bike an earthier feel. After everything, the bike was tested for the first time and this humble two stroke engine came back to life and the bike felt awesome. The complete all-round look of the bike is displayed.
