Fiat Launches Punto Pure, Showcases Linea 125s & Avventura Urban Cross At Auto Expo 2016
New Delhi, 4th February 2016: Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) India, recently announced the launch of the Fiat Punto Pure which is based on the earlier Grande Punto platform which was discontinued to make way for Punto Evo. We assume citing poor sales of the Punto Evo, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) have re-introduced the Grande Punto in the form of Punto Pure as an entry level premium hatchback.
FCA India also showcased the all new Linea 125s and Avventura Urban Cross Concept at the Auto Expo 2016.
Punto Pure
It will be a 5-door hatchback and will be available in two variants. One will be powered with a 1.3L Advanced Multi-jet diesel engine. producing 76 PS of max power and 197 Nm of max torque and other will be a 1.2 L FIRE Petrol engine producing 68 PS of max power and 96Nm of max torque.
It will be priced at Rs 4.49 lakhs for petrol and Rs.5.59 lakhs for diesel, ex-showroom New Delhi.
Linea 125S
The Linea 125S will get the 1.4L T-Jet petrol motor putting out a max power of 125 PS@5000 rpm and max torque of 210 Nm@2200 rpm. These class leading figures make the Linea 125s the most powerful petrol sedan in the segment.
Avventura Urban Cross Concept
The Avventura Urban Cross concept will have a 1.4L T-Jet petrol engine under the bonnet mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox pumping out a heart pounding 140 PS of max power@5500 rpm and max torque of 210 Nm@2000-4000 rpm.
The Avventura Urban Cross concept comes equipped with features such as the touch screen audio with Bluetooth, Auxiliary unit along with navigation. Dual tone interiors, plush and comfortable seats make long-journeys luxurious. High terrain gauges like compass and inclinometer keeps a track of your vehicle at all time.
It will be priced at Rs 4.49 lakhs for petrol and Rs.5.59 lakhs for diesel, ex-showroom New Delhi.
