Chevrolet Strengthens Its Network In Maharashtra

Detroit based automobile firm, Chevrolet, recently inaugurated 'Aarya Chevrolet', a new 3S facility (Sales, Service, Spares) in order to meet the growing demand of Chevrolet vehicles in the state. The new dealership is located in Solapur, increasing the overall strength of the firm to 22 sales point and 26 service centers. The company has a total of 202 sales point and 226 service centres all over India.

The Aarya Chevrolet is a 3S facility with sales, services and spare as its foundations to cater the need of the customers in the region. Commenting on the opening of the new facility, Mr. Kaher Kazem, President and MD, General Motors India said,

“We have opened the new dealership in the wake of the increasing popularity of Chevrolet vehicles in Solapur. The facility will be headed by Mr. Rahul E. Basutkar and Mr. Nilesh V. Yadav, who are recognized as prominent business leaders with strong credentials in the state. We are confident that under their able leadership and guidance, the dealership will set new benchmark in sales, service and customer satisfaction.”

The 3S facility will have a large number of accessories and top-of-the-line support for its customers. A team of highly trained and equipped engineers will be always available at the workshop with the latest tools, high-tech diagnostic equipment and state-of-the-art computer amenities for attending to the need of the customers.

General Motors India has started a 'Chevrolet Complete Care' programme  to provide assured low cost maintenance of Chevy cars all over India. The 'Chevrolet Complete Care' includes low cost maintenance of vehicles, a round the clock 24x7 road-side assistance programme which is free for the first three years for all new car purchases, and an extended vehicle warranty at a nominal cost provided that the vehicle is not more that 5 year old.

Also, General Motors have also taken things up a notch by digitizing the customer-sale officer interaction with development of applications such as the Chevrolet Service Estimate Online Tool available on the Chevrolet India website and the MyChevroletIndia app which helps you track down the nearest authorized service station.
