Royal Enfield Himalayan Odyssey is being organised from 09 to 23 July 2016. The 13th edition of Himalayan Odyssey will be flagged off from New Delhi .The interested Royal Enfield owners can register themselves on 02 May 2016 onwards from the site www.royalenfield.com/ho to be a part of this wonderful event. The registration will be open for 50 participants only.

The Royal Enfield 17 days long journey is going to peregrinate through some of the roughest terrains

and peak mountain passes covering a distance of more than 2,500 kms, making all its way through the mighty mountains. Like every year, Royal Enfield riders gather from across the world to experience one of the most gratifying motorcycling in the lap of himalayas.that is said to be all the way to 18,000 ft Khardungla to feel the Himalayas, which is known to be the Mecca for the motorcyclists.

Himalayan Odyssey not only consist of the 50 participants, along with it Royal Enfield is organizing women's only Himalayan Odyssey powered by STRE (She Travels on a Royal Enfield). STRE is a community of women motorcyclists who owns Royal Enfield across the globe. In the maiden edition, Himalayan Odyssey-Women (HO-W) is opening registrations for upto 20 interested women participants who will ride on the 'holy grail' of motorcycling. Apart from this, the entire HO-W contingent will comprise of women i.e. service staff, technicians, doctors and crew.

All the participants will be flagged off from Delhi. But the routes for men and women participants will be different before finally converging at Leh. The Himalayan Odyssey has always been an interesting and inspiring stories that adds up in the folklore of motorcycling. This annual ride is an opportunity for both men and women who wants to add up with the challenging and interesting journey and make their path ways something beyond the evident and venture.

The Royal Enfield has the chosen the ideal time, the period between the months of May and August for its hundreds of motorcyclists for the Himalayan ride. This year, the riders are going to experience the marvelous features of the Himalayan routes, a place away from the busy schedule of their life. This would definitely provide the riders to travel and see the alluring beauty all over 2,500 kilometers mapping diverse terrains ranging from plains of sultry Delhi to snow clad valleys of the refreshing Ladakh. 

The riders will experience the wonderful panorama of the Himalayas which houses within themselves one of the most hostile environments for motorcycling including Narkanda, Sarchu, Jispa and Leh, all the way to Khardung-La, one of the world's highest motorable road.
