Chevrolet To Focus On The Changing Trends In The Country
Chevrolet Motors recently announced that they would now be concentrating even more so as to listen to the Indian customers and act according to their needs. The company has decided to not proceed with the Chevrolet Spin MPV project in 2017 rather it would be focusing on the emerging segments of the Indian Automotive market that mainly includes SUV’s.
General Motors had previewed an all-new concept vehicle called as the Beat Activ at the India Auto Expo 2016, and they have announced that the production of this ‘soft-roader’ will begin pretty soon. The latest offering by the company will include the new Beat, Beat-Activ and the Essentia.
Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Kaher Kazem, GM India President and Managing Director said that,
The company is focusing on delivering to our Indian customers safe, high-quality vehicles they want backed by the world-class customer experience they deserve.
He further added that Chevrolet have a strong plan to launch at least five new Chevrolet models within the space of 24 months, including the new Trailblazer, new Beat, Essentia, new Cruze and Beat Activ.
